I made these acorns with my class last week for Letter A and they absolutely loved them. They are so cute and some sweet day I'll make them with Lucas.
Those of you with little kids should make them, as well!
You start off with these four ingredients:
Donut holes (I bought mine at Wal-Mart, but I know the real ones at a donut shop are much better), chocolate iciing (or you could use peanut butter), chopped peanuts (or you can use a toffee topping), and a pretzel stick.
You dip the donut hole in the iciing, then in the crushed peanuts and finally stick in the pretzel stick!

Those are cute. I am surprised, though, that your school lets you do anything with nuts. So many schools won't even let kids bring peanut butter in their own lunches because of allergies!
